Is RGV a criminal?

Maveric director Ram Gopal Varma seems to be first rate criminal. RGV revealing his sadistic mindset said he used to observe closely when guys used to eve tease girls. 

He said in his college days he used to observe rowdies and gangsters when he shifted his base to Mumbai. He said only after observing these guys he scripted crime thrillers on silver screen. 

He said when he met Mumbai Crime Branch chief for Satya 2, the chief remakeed that he never saw such a criminal with RGV's mindset in his 30 yrs of service as police.
