The unit was at Simhachalam Temple premises in Visakhapatnam, and the shooting was going on at that spot for some days now. Nothing major happened and the actor escaped from what could have been a bigger accident. It is learnt that Balayya sustained minor injuries on his forearm and his right leg. He was immediately rushed to the nearby Seven Hills Hospital and to the surprise of the unit members Balakrishna resumed his shooting after getting treated.
It is heard that Legend unit has been shooting high-voltage action sequences at Simhachalam when he had jumped from some height as part of fight which resulted in slip and fall and the eventual injury. During Simha too Balayya suffered a fall and injury and the movie turned out to be a hit. If we have to go by that sentiment Legend too will create history at the box office.
